At TentHouse.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing quality tents and tent-stay related products/services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy aims to support you.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for tent products and tent stay services that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly provided by TentHouse.store.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (for physical products).
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order or completing your tent stay.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email support@tenthouse.store or use our Contact Us form. Please provide your order or booking number, describe the issue, and include photos if related to tent product damage.
  2. Review: Our support team will review your request and advise on next steps, including product return instructions if applicable.
  3. Return/Product Evaluation: Return the product as instructed, or provide feedback about your tent stay service. If your return is due to product defect or service issue, return shipping (if applicable) is free. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • We will notify you once your return or feedback is received and inspected/evaluated, and update you regarding your refund approval.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are refundable only if the refund is a result of incorrect or faulty products/services.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Products returned used, damaged (not due to shipping or manufacturer error), or missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Custom, personalized, clearance, or final sale tent products.
  • Tent stays or bookings canceled after the start date or outside the cancellation window.
  • Refund requests received more than 7 days after delivery or after completion of tent stay.
