At tenthouse.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases of tents, tent stay equipment, and related products or services. If your order does not meet your expectations, our exchange policy is in place to offer you a quick and simple solution for all your tenting needs.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and instruction manuals.
  3. Request: Email us at support@tenthouse.store or use the Contact Us form. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Tents, tent stay equipment, or related products and accessories that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused items, such as tents, sleeping bags, mats, lanterns, or other camping accessories (as long as they meet the condition requirements above).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send a replacement item of your choice or offer store credit, as per your preference.
  • Products not in original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used tents, equipment damaged after delivery, or items missing original parts/tags.
  • Personalized, custom-ordered tents or gear, opened consumables (like fuel), or clearance/sale items.
